"ዝባኖ" — A mountain in Shewa Robit, where coffee grows wild and free.

Named after the sacred mountain in Shewa Robit, Zibano honors the birthplace of Ethiopian coffee. We celebrate the three-round ceremony that has united families for generations — from the aromatic roasting of green beans to the sacred pour from the clay Jebena.
